Dr. Pandurang Kamat has completed his Ph.D. and currently working at Persistent Systems as Leading Innovation and R&D. Previously was a Ph.D. candidate in the Computer Science department of Rutgers University and graduate researcher at WINLAB.

She completed her B.E in Electronics and Communication, M.E in Computer Science and Ph.D is in the area of Information Security from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, India. After over two decades of experience in Industry she reverted to Academics. She is a recognized supervisor of Anna University, guiding several Ph.D aspirants.
She is the Chair of ACM-W India and is a member of the ACM-W Executive Council..
